1. Accepted Payment Methods
Westerly Apollo accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Debit Card: Visa and Mastercard debit cards accepted
- PayPal: Pay securely using your PayPal account balance, linked bank account, or linked card
- Shop Pay: Save your shipping and payment information for faster checkout across any Shopify-powered store
- Shop Pay Installments: Split eligible purchases into interest-free installment payments at checkout, powered by Affirm. Westerly Apollo is paid in full at the time of purchase; installment terms are between you and Affirm.
- Google Pay: Available on supported devices and browsers
- Apple Pay: Available on supported Apple devices and browsers
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
2. Payment Methods Not Currently Accepted
We do not currently accept the following:
- Wire transfers or bank transfers
- Money orders
- Personal or business checks
- Purchase orders
- Payment by invoice
- Cash on delivery (C.O.D.)
- Cryptocurrency
As our business grows, we may expand our payment options in the future. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
3. When Payment Is Processed
Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed. Orders are not submitted for fulfillment until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
If your payment cannot be processed (for example, due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or a declined transaction), your order will not be placed. You will be notified at checkout and may retry with a different payment method.
4. Pricing and Accuracy
All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after your order has been placed, we will contact you before shipping to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
5. Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected where required by applicable state and local law. The amount of sales tax charged on your order, if any, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and the tax requirements in effect at the time of purchase.
6. Payment Security
Your payment security is important to us. All transactions on our website are processed through Shopify's secure payment platform, which is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers.
When you pay via PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, your financial information is handled by the respective payment provider and is not stored by Westerly Apollo.
7. Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns, cancellations, or other approved adjustments are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
