The PCE-DDM 10 is a robust, high-capacity crane scale engineered for weighing heavy loads and measuring strong tensile forces in industrial, shipping, and construction environments. With a maximum capacity of 10,000 kg (22,046 lbs / 100 kN), the PCE-DDM 10 functions equally well as a force gauge for tension testing, a tension dynamometer for load verification, and a weighing hook for overhead weighing applications.
Despite its impressive 10-tonne range, the PCE-DDM 10 remains compact and portable at just 11 kg (24 lbs) without shackles, making it easy to carry between job sites. Readings appear on a large LCD with 22 mm (0.9 in) digit height for clear visibility at a distance, and a wireless remote control indicator lets operators monitor measurements safely from the ground.
Versatile Weighing and Force Measurement
The PCE-DDM 10 offers peak hold, sum, and tare functions across five selectable units of measurement (kg, t, lbs, N, kN), giving operators flexibility for diverse applications. Resolution stands at 5 kg (50 N / 11 lbs) with accuracy of ±0.1 % of the measurement range. The minimum range starts at 100 kg (220 lbs), and the tare function covers up to 20 % of full scale. A sampling rate of 2.5 Hz ensures responsive readings during dynamic loading.
Powered by three standard AA batteries with an operating life of approximately 50 hours, the PCE-DDM 10 is built for extended field use in temperatures from −10 to 40 °C (14 to 104 °F). Two heavy-duty aluminum shackles and a protective carrying case are included in every delivery.
